Can I boot my Soekris box from USB?

USB booting for the net6501 has been added to version 1.41 of comBIOS (1.41a or later recommended for support of a wider range of USB sticks) as announced on December 7, 2011.

USB boot for the net4801 and net5501 is planned, but not released.
